Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds for our services are governed by clause 6 of our Terms of Service. In summary:

• Cancelled before work starts: we refund the amount paid, less an administrative fee of 20% of the total quoted.
• Cancelled after work starts: no refund is payable, and we deliver the work completed up to cancellation.
• If we cannot perform the services, for example because no suitable linguist is available in time: we refund the amounts paid for services not performed.
• Refund timing: refunds go to the original payer, normally within 3–5 business days for local transfers and 7–14 business days for overseas transfers.

Errors in our translation are corrected free of charge if reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. If this summary differs from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
