Scope

• Criminal investigative recordings
• Recordings of M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) events
• Audios/Videos (AV) of Training Seminars, Lectures
• Interviews captured in audio and/or video media
• Teleconversation recording of interpretation events

Rates

Audio transcription is quoted on a per minute basis. Factors determining the cost of transcription include:

• Number of languages and/or dialects spoken in the AV
• On-site or off-site service
• Clarity/Speed of Audio
• Complexity of the subject
• Turnaround time expected
• Whether additional services such as language translation, subtitling, or video editing is required
• Inclusive of a maximum of two edits based on client feedback
