How we check accuracy

Medical documents are translated only by translators with a degree in translation studies or a related field, and checked by a second linguist against the source. Drug names, dosages, units and test values are checked line by line.

Confidentiality

Medical records are personal data. Every linguist signs a non-disclosure agreement, your documents are handled in confidence, and they are deleted 90 days after delivery.

Certification

Certified translations are available for hospitals, insurers and official submissions. Where notarisation is needed, we arrange it. See Translator’s affidavit and notarisation.

Fees and turnaround

Certificates and other short standard documents are charged per document; other documents by word count, or by character count for Chinese and Japanese. Standard delivery is one business day per 2,000 words; express service is available at an additional charge.
