Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to customers who have made purchases at Eureka Translations. Please contact our customer service team on +65 6610 4439 or info@eurekatranslations.com for shipping and any other enquiries.

    1. End-Product Types and Costs, Shipping Methods, and Delivery Costs

At our purchase cart, you will be required to select the end-product type and shipping method for delivering the product as set out below:

Note:

  1. The charges for the end-product and the delivery are additional to the cost of rendering the translation. For example:

    • If you select P3 (Hardcopy of Certified and/or Notarised Translation) to be delivered by S1 (Hardcopy by self-collection), the amount payable will be translation cost + SGD120 + SGD0

    • If you select P4 (Hardcopy of Notarised and Apostilled Translation) to be delivered by S5 (Hardcopy shipped by registered international post), the amount payable will be translation cost + SGD300 + SGD100 (up to 500g).

  2. If the weight is found to exceed 500g during shipping arrangement, we will invoice you separately for the additional delivery cost before we deliver.

  3. Delivery will commence upon full payment.

  4. P4 is applicable only to signatory States of the Hague Apostille Convention. P5 applies to the non-signatory States thereof.

      • Order Placement and Processing

       

      All orders placed before 3 PM (Singapore time) on any business day are processed and dispatched on the next business day following the expiry of the stated lead-time for the relevant end-product selected.

      • Destination Address

       

      Please be advised that we are unable to vary the destination address once you have placed your order. We seek your understanding, with apologies, that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

      • International Orders

       

      Certain countries impose import duties on packages received. As our customer, you are responsible for paying the tariffs and/or duties, if any. As these tariffs and/or duties differ by country and may further add to your costs, you may, if necessary, verify with your local customs authorities before placing an order on our website.

      • Tracking Your Order

       

      We deliver by registered post. We will notify you by email once our local post office or a local handler authorised by international couriers has processed the package for delivery and provided us with the tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the relevant carrier’s website.

      • Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

       

      Please refer to our Refund Policy.

      We will email you the relevant soft copies of the end-products in advance for verification and acceptance before any hardcopies are printed for delivery. If notarisation is required, the same hardcopies printed will be notarised and bound accordingly. If legalisation is further required, the notarised copy will be legalised accordingly.

      In the unlikely event of an error or errors found after you have received the package despite your prior verification and acceptance, you may request for amendments to be made at no extra charge on the condition that the amendments are deemed extremely minor, after consultation with our staff. Otherwise, we will email you an additional quotation for making the amendments.

      For those that require notarisation only or both notarisation and legalisation, the relevant notarisation itself or both the notarisation and legalisation will need to be carried out afresh. In this case, you will be required to select the end-product type and the delivery method again, make the necessary payment, and verify and accept the amendments, before we arrange for the necessary notarisation itself or both the notarisation and the legalisation and arrange for delivery.

      No returns or exchanges will be carried out in this case.
