How we work

1. Translate: a translator with experience in your subject translates the document.
2. Check: a second linguist checks the translation against the source for accuracy, terminology and consistency.
3. Certify and deliver: we certify the translation where required and deliver it laid out to match the original.

Every translation is done by a human translator. Translators may use machine translation as a reference tool, but nothing is delivered until they have translated and reviewed every word.

Certified, sworn and notarised translation

Most submissions need a certified translation. Where a court or overseas authority needs more, we provide a translator’s affidavit or arrange notarisation and apostille. See Translator’s affidavit and notarisation.

Frequently asked questions

Will Singapore authorities accept your translation?

Our translations are regularly filed with the Singapore courts, ICA, MOM, ACRA and embassies, and none has been rejected to date. Requirements differ, so tell us where you are submitting.

How long does translation take?

Standard delivery is one business day per 2,000 words. Express service is available at an additional charge.

Is my document kept confidential?

Yes. Every linguist signs a non-disclosure agreement, and your files are shared only with the people working on your project.
